Terms of Service
These terms govern the use of the Shopify app "Invoice & Receipt PDF (適格請求書・領収書PDF)" (the "App") provided by Yu Dev Lab ("we"). By installing the App you agree to these terms.
1. Service
The App generates receipts, qualified invoices and delivery notes as PDF from Shopify order data, and lets customers self-issue documents for their own orders.
2. Fees
Plans and prices are shown on the App's Shopify App Store listing. Billing, invoicing and refunds are handled through Shopify Billing under Shopify's terms. The free plan has a monthly limit on issued documents.
3. Merchant responsibilities
- The accuracy of the issuer name, address, tax registration number and tax-rate settings is the merchant's responsibility. The App does not provide tax advice.
- The legal duty to retain copies of qualified invoices lies with the merchant. Export your records before uninstalling.
- Where the App's tax-rate rules differ from Shopify's tax settings, the App's rules apply to generated documents.
4. Prohibited use
Unlawful use, reverse engineering, and attempts to access other stores' data are prohibited.
5. Disclaimer and liability
The App is provided as is. We make reasonable efforts to keep documents accurate; for errors caused by Shopify changes or data inconsistencies, our liability is limited to the App fees paid in the most recent month. We are not liable for indirect damages.
6. Changes and termination
We may discontinue the App with 30 days' notice and will provide an export period for issued-document records.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our place of business.
